FAQ
Straight answers to the questions we get most.
- Who qualifies to attend?
- The event is for Director-level and above at B2B SaaS companies past roughly €2M ARR or 20 employees, plus investors, advisors and service providers at C-level, founder or equivalent, who share fewer than 1 in 10 seats combined. Every application is reviewed by us within 48 hours.
- What does the review look at?
- For SaaS executives, three things: your role (Director and above), your company (B2B SaaS, roughly €2M+ ARR or 20+ employees), and what you want from the day. Investor and service provider applications are reviewed on two things: whether your work is with senior B2B SaaS executives, and whether you hold a C-level, founder or equivalent position in your own firm. If the event is a fit, you'll receive a private registration link. If it isn't, we'll tell you honestly.
- We call ourselves an AI company, not a SaaS company. Do we qualify?
- Yes, if you sell B2B software on recurring revenue and meet the same bar: Director-level and above, past roughly €2M ARR or 20 employees. We care about the business model, not the label. AI consultancies and agencies fall under service provider seats.
- Who can sit in the CEO room?
- Only CEOs and founders of B2B SaaS companies. It is the one room with a rule about your title: COOs, Chiefs of Staff and other senior leaders belong in the room that matches the job they do, and investors and service providers are not eligible whatever their seniority. Every other room is yours to pick.
- Why did the event change from previous years?
- For four years, the people who got the most value out of SaaSiest Amsterdam were the senior operators in the room. So 2026 is built entirely around them: five executive peer rooms, 300 seats, no expo, no pitching. It's a smaller event, on purpose.
- I attended before but don't meet the criteria. What now?
- We'd genuinely like to keep you close. SaaSiest Malmö remains open to the whole community, the newsletter carries everything we learn, and new formats are coming. This event is narrow by design; the community isn't.
- What does a ticket cost and what's included?
- SaaS executives pay €349 ex VAT. Investor and service provider seats are €1299 ex VAT; fewer than 1 in 10 seats in the room go to that group, combined. Both include the full day: joint sessions, your executive room, lunch, coffee and the drinks reception.
- Why is there no discounted investor ticket?
- Unlike founder-investor events, investors attend on the same terms as any other service provider: same price, same shared allocation of fewer than 1 in 10 seats. The event is built for the executives who run SaaS companies; everyone else in the room is there on equal, paid terms.
- Why is there one cap for investors and service providers together?
- Because this is not a fundraising event. The room is for the people who run B2B SaaS companies. Everyone who isn't one of them, investors included, shares one small allocation on the same terms, so the room stays operator-heavy.
- Can I send a colleague instead?
- Yes, transfers are possible, subject to the same admission criteria as the original ticket holder.
- When is it and what time does the day run?
- Wednesday 7 October 2026. Doors 08:30. Program 09:30 to 17:00. Drinks reception until 19:00.

- Where should I stay?
- We recommend Olympic Hotel Amsterdam, IJsbaanpad 12, 1076 CV Amsterdam. It's a 17-minute walk or a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the venue. There is no major event conflict on 7 October, so normal Amsterdam midweek hotel rates apply. Book early anyway; it's Amsterdam. olympichotel.nl
